1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on Profitpeak you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to trade. You are responsible for ensuring trading is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Sharing accounts or engaging in fraudulent activity may result in suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to verification of your identity (KYC) and are paid out using the method you select. Profitpeak may refuse a withdrawal request where fraud, chargebacks or policy violations are identified.

5. Risk disclosure

Trading involves significant risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.

6. Fair use

Automated scripting, system abuse, arbitrage of pricing errors, and exploitation of bugs are prohibited and may lead to confiscation of profits.
